What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all forms of credit and debit cards, as well as checks. Credit cards are processed through Square or Paypal. All credit cards are accepted. You may call with a credit card number or we can email you an invoice with a link to pay securely online. If you prefer to pay by check, we will ship the art as soon as the check clears, usually within five business days.

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge CT sales tax rates (6.35%) to all goods purchased through this website that are shipped in state (Connecticut). Art works purchased in galleries will be charged the local sales tax rate for that state. If you purchase a painting that will be shipped to another state or out of the country, you will not be charged sales tax. If you intend to resell the painting, as an interior designer for example, you would just need to provide your reseller’s certificate to be exempt from sales tax.

What is your return policy?

Liron wants you to be absolutely happy with your purchase! Original oil paintings can be returned within ten days of arrival for a full refund less shipping cost. Alternatively, Liron will gladly exchange the painting for a different painting of the same price. Or, will create a new painting for you to meet your specifications.

Signed, archival prints (Giclees) are created on demand. As a result, all sales are final. If your giclee arrives damaged, please try to refuse to accept it and notify the carrier of the reason. If you realize it after the package was already left at your doorstep, please take a picture of the damaged, un-opened, box and notify us. A replacement will be sent to you.

Can I purchase a painting on installment payments?

Absolutely, Liron wants to make it easy for you to live with the art you love! The terms are flexible and can be discussed with the artist. We can split the total cost of the painting into 6 or 12 payments. The first monthly payment would be taken as the holding deposit. If you fall in love with a painting, Liron would like to make it easy for you to purchase!

Can I lease one or more of your paintings?

Absolutely. Liron has leased her art for offices, films, events and more. Please see: Art Leasing. Please email us to discuss your needs.

What’s the best light to showcase your paintings?

Liron recommends using Solais bulbs LRP30 (long neck) either at 27 or 30 Kelvin temperature. These are LED bulbs, that fit a standard socket and are energy efficient (14W). They are customized for oil paintings and are used by many galleries. They make art sing! I order mine from: Alan Mardirosian at AMS Green Solutions, LLC at: www.AMSGreenSolutions.com

If you have recessed lights, I recommend turning them into spotlights to shine your art. This can easily be accomplished by ordering arms that screw in and hold one or two bulbs. I order them from: www.swivelier.com
